Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. Orders with unpaid duties returned to Australia will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed. Items returned due to customs fees or taxes will not be eligible for a refund and a credit note will be issued minus the shipping cost for delivery and return.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. This is because orders are immediately transferred to our warehouse and their system for processing and dispatch.
Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order. In particular, we recommend double checking your email and delivery address.
As per our terms and conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel an order any time up until it is dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking confirmation email is sent.
COMBINING ORDERS
We understand that combining multiple orders might seem like a convenient way to save on shipping, but unfortunately, we are unable to do so as each order is processed individually to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Once an order is placed, it moves directly to our warehouse team for picking, packing, and shipping. This streamlined process helps us avoid errors and delays. Our system treats each order as a standalone transaction. Combining orders after they’ve been placed can create logistical and inventory discrepancies.
