SABBI 3rd BIRTHDAY SALE PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promotion Period
The Sabbi 3rd Birthday Promotion ("Promotion") begins at 3:33pm AEST on Tuesday 14 July 2026 and ends exactly 33 minutes later. Once the 33-minute promotion period has ended, the discount will no longer apply.
Offer
• Receive 33% off eligible products during the Promotion Period.
• Discount is automatically applied at checkout. No code is required.
• Promotion is available online only at www.sabbi.com.au.
Eligibility
• Open to all customers.
• Discount applies only during the advertised Promotion Period.
• Orders must be completed before the promotion ends. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is successfully completed.
Eligible Products
• Jackets and denim jeans are excluded.
• Gift cards are excluded.
Exclusions
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion or offer.
• Loyalty rewards, discount vouchers and other promotional codes cannot be combined with this offer.
• This sale is exempt from early access window for loyalty members.
Stock Availability
• Promotion is available while stocks last.
• Due to the extremely limited promotion window, products may sell out quickly.
• Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability.
• If stock sells out before your order is completed, Sabbi cannot guarantee availability or honour the discounted price after the Promotion Period has ended.
Returns & Exchanges
• Standard Sabbi Returns Policy applies.
• If eligible items are returned, refunds will be processed based on the discounted purchase price actually paid.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Order Changes
• Orders placed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible for retrospective discounts, refunds or price adjustments.
• Sabbi cannot manually apply the discount after the promotion has ended.
Technical Issues
• Sabbi is not responsible for delays caused by internet connections, payment processing delays, browser issues, device issues or other technical problems that prevent an order from being completed within the Promotion Period.
• If payment is declined or the checkout is not completed before the promotion ends, the discount cannot be honoured.
General
• Sabbi reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues or suspected misuse.
• Any fraudulent or abusive activity may result in cancellation of orders.
• These Terms & Conditions are subject to Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer legislation.
SABBI GOLDEN TICKET PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promoter
The promoter is Sabbi Pty Ltd (“Sabbi”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
Promotion Period
Eligible purchases must be made between:
12am and 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 14th July (“Promotion Period”).
To be eligible to participate in the promotion, customers must:
Place an order on www.sabbi.com.au during the Promotion Period; and
Spend a minimum of AUD $333 in a single transaction (excluding shipping costs and gift cards).
Orders under AUD $333.33 are not eligible.
Employees of Sabbi and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Golden Ticket Prize
During the Promotion Period, two (2) Golden Tickets will be randomly inserted into two (2) separate eligible customer parcels.
The Golden Ticket itself is not the prize and has no cash value.
To claim the prize, the recipient must:
Email a clear photo of themselves holding the Golden Ticket to hola@sabbi.com.au; and
Include their order number (if requested for verification).
Once the Golden Ticket has been verified by Sabbi, the winners will receive one (1) AUD $1,000 Sabbi Gift Card each via email.
Sabbi reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Golden Ticket and the winner before issuing the Gift Card.
Gift Card Conditions
Once issued, the AUD $1,000 Gift Card will be subject to Sabbi's standard Gift Card Terms & Conditions, including any applicable expiry periods, redemption conditions and exclusions.
Random Selection
The Golden Ticket recipient will be selected entirely at random from all eligible orders placed during the Promotion Period.
Sabbi’s decision regarding the placement of the Golden Ticket and prize verification is final.
Returns & Refunds
If an order containing the Golden Ticket is returned or refunded in full, Sabbi reserves the right to cancel the prize and invalidate the voucher.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabbi is not responsible for:
• lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen parcels;
• lost or deleted emails;
• technical issues affecting redemption of the voucher;
• any unauthorised use of the voucher after it has been issued.
Privacy
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree that Sabbi may collect and use personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting the winner.
The winner grants Sabbi permission to repost or share the image on Sabbi marketing channels, including social media, unless otherwise requested in writing.
General
Sabbi reserves the right to:
• modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary;
• verify the validity of all entries and claims;
• disqualify any entrant who tampers with the promotion process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promotion Period
This promotion starts at 2:45pm AEST on 17 February 2026 and is valid while stocks last, unless withdrawn earlier in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Offer Details
Customers will receive 50% off the BGG x Sabbi 2026 Diary during the promotion period.
The discount applies to the diary only.
3. How to Redeem
The 50% discount code is automatically applied at checkout.
4. Eligibility & Limitations
Offer applies to the BGG x Sabbi 2026 Diary only.
Available while stocks last.
Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
5. Returns & Refunds
Refunds will be processed at the discounted purchase price paid.
If a diary purchased under this promotion is returned for reasons other than a failure to comply with Australian Consumer Law, it must be returned in unused, original condition in accordance with Sabbi’s Returns Policy.
6. Australian Consumer Law
This promotion does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund, replacement or repair if a product is faulty or not as described.
7. General
Sabbi reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion where permitted by law.
Sabbi is not responsible for technical issues that prevent the discount from applying automatically at checkout.
