Returns Policy

 


We want you to be pumped about your Sabbi splurges, so if you’re not feeling 100% obsessed, we will gladly accept your return for a refund or store credit within 14 days (sale items excluded).

From there we will provide you with a return address. Please be sure to include your name and order number in with your return. Your return must be received within 14 days of your Return Request approval. Any returns outside of this window will be cancelled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with the original tags attached
- Free from makeup and deodorant / perfume
- Without any fluff / pet hair etc.

Please ensure your order number/RMA number and name is on the return package.

If your items do not meet these conditions, your return request will be denied.

Please note: If your return request is denied and you don't respond to the email you received from our customer service team within 3 weeks, your item(s) will not be returned to you.

We do not offer a refund on sale products.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven't received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is credited to your account however please contact us at hola@sabbi.com.au

 

EXCHANGES
While we do offer the ability to return your item if you are unhappy with it, unfortunately, we are unable to reserve stock and offer a direct exchange for any online purchases. This is due to our high turnover of stock and item availability; therefore, we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock by the time we receive your return. 

 

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Sale items are defined as any item with a 20% off or more discount or any order that uses a discount code of 20% or more. Sale items can not be exchanged or refunded. Only full priced items may be returned. This includes storewide sales.

 

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you or our office, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at hola@sabbi.com.au as soon as you have received your order. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Sabbi does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Sabbi reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed to have manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or a refund/store credit.
