Returns Policy

We want you to be pumped about your Sabbi splurges, so if you’re not feeling 100% obsessed, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days (sale items excluded).

From there we will provide you with a return address. Please be sure to include your name and order number in with your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer a refund on sale products.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven't received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is credited to your account however please contact us at hola@sabbi.com.au

 

EXCHANGES
If your item is defective or damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit the Returns Portal Here

 with the issue and then we will forward our return address for you to send your item to.

 

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Sale items can not be exchanged or refunded. Only full priced items may be returned. This includes storewide sales.

 

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you or our office, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
