Here’s the lowdown: once you place your order, give us around FOUR WEEKS before your art baby starts its journey. All our prints are made to order with our off-site print legends, so a little patience goes a long way. If you’ve chosen a stretched and framed print, it’ll arrive at your door ready to hang and steal the spotlight.

Colour vibes may differ slightly IRL from what you’re seeing on your screen (tech can’t always keep up with our magic).

Framed pieces take roughly 3–4 weeks to create and ship, while un-stretched canvases take around 2–3 weeks. These are just estimates, delays can happen, especially during the wild rush of peak times. And just a heads-up: we don’t ship to PO Boxes, so make sure your delivery address is a real-deal location.
***Because every print is custom made just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. So please choose carefully.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Sabbi does not hold responsibility for any customs charges or local taxes due to the international shipments. Please check with your country's tax authorities. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. Orders with unpaid duties returned to Australia will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed. Items returned due to customs fees or taxes will not be eligible for a refund and a credit note will be issued minus the shipping cost for delivery and return.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. This is because orders are immediately transferred to our warehouse and their system for processing and dispatch.
Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order. In particular, we recommend double checking your email and delivery address.
As per our terms and conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel an order any time up until it is dispatched from our warehouse and a tracking confirmation email is sent.
COMBINING ORDERS
We understand that combining multiple orders might seem like a convenient way to save on shipping, but unfortunately, we are unable to do so as each order is processed individually to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Once an order is placed, it moves directly to our warehouse team for picking, packing, and shipping. This streamlined process helps us avoid errors and delays. Our system treats each order as a standalone transaction. Combining orders after they’ve been placed can create logistical and inventory discrepancies.
ART PRINTS
Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your prints to be shipped, all of our prints are hand made to order and then shipped from our printing partner in Northern NSW via courier. Please don't use a PO Box for ordering prints as they have to be signed for on delivery.
There is no returns or refunds for change of mind for print products, due to their handmade nature and to order. If your print is faulty that is the only time it will be eligible for a return and replacement only, strictly no refunds.
ONLINE FACTORY SECONDS SALE (MYSTERY PACKS)
These packs are not eligible for returns, refunds or replacements under any circumstances. By selecting you agree to terms & conditions is you acknowledging this.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
At Sabbi, we understand that receiving your order safely is important. To offer peace of mind, we provide an optional Shipping Insurance service that covers loss or theft of your parcel during transit.
1. Purchasing Insurance
Shipping Insurance is available for purchase only at the time of placing your order. This insurance cannot be added retrospectively once an order has been confirmed.
2. What’s Covered
Shipping Insurance covers:

Loss of parcel during transit

Theft of parcel after dispatch, up until delivery
Please note, this coverage does not extend to delays, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
3. How to Make a Claim
If you believe your insured parcel has been lost or stolen, please email us at hola@sabbi.com.au within 21 days of placing your order.
In your claim, please include:

Description of the issue

Any supporting evidence (e.g., tracking screenshots, delivery notes)
Upon receipt, we will initiate an investigation with our shipping provider to attempt to track or locate your item.
4. Resolutions
If your claim is approved after the investigation:

We will replace the item(s) as per your original order, if stock is available.

If the original item(s) are unavailable, you may select an alternative product of equal value that is in stock.

If no suitable replacement is available, we will offer you a full refund of the insured items.
5. Timeframe
Claims must be lodged within 21 days from the order date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for insurance resolution.
