When does the sale start and finish?
Mark your calendars, babe! Our Black Friday madness kicks off on Thursday 13 November at 5PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) with a 5-hour flash sale - 50% off sitewide automatically applied to products at checkout.
When the clock hits 10PM AEST, the fun’s not over - we roll straight into 30% off sitewide, running until Monday 17 November at 11:59PM AEST.
How big are the discounts?
- 50% off sitewide for 5 hours (5PM–10PM AEST, Thursday 13 Nov)
- 30% off sitewide for 4 days (10PM AEST 13 Nov – 11:59PM AEST 17 Nov)
All discounts and offers are valid only during these periods. We cannot extend the discount beyond this timeframe.
Do I need a code?
No! Discount is automatically applied to products at checkout.
Are all items included?
Sitewide sale all Sabbi products on the website during the sale are included except Sabbi Gift cards and The Very Oversized Margie Tour Tee - Gold Coast, which launches during the sale on Sunday 16 November at 10am.
Are the items advertised at the discounted price?
No – the discount will be applied to the product at checkout.
Can I stack codes or use other discounts?
Nope - one discount per order, and these are already our biggest discounts of the year.
Can I use my sign-up code during the Sale?
Unfortunately, no! This is our biggest sale of the year with huge reductions sitewide! You can still use it on your next purchase once the sale ends.
Will items sell out?
Most likely! Hot styles go quick, and adding something to your cart doesn’t reserve it. Checkout fast to avoid the heartbreak.
Can I use Afterpay or Zip?
Yes! We accept all our usual payment options - Afterpay, credit card, PayPal - whatever works for you.
Can I use my Sabbi gift card?
Yes!
Can I use my store credit?
Yes!
During the Sale
The site’s slow / my payment didn’t go through — what should I do?
The internet’s gonna melt. Try refreshing, switching browsers, or clearing your cache.
Can I change or cancel my order?
During sale events we move lightning-fast, so once an order’s placed, we can’t guarantee any changes or cancellations. Make sure your cart’s exactly right before checkout.
Can I add to my order?
Unfortunately, given this is a peak sale period we are unable to add items to your order. To purchase any other items, you will need to place another order. Please note as this will incur a separate shipping fee, we are unable to refund additional postage costs.
Can I combine my orders for shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders or refund any shipping costs for multiple orders.
Is shipping delayed during the sale?
Yes! Due to the large volume of orders our usual shipping times will be delayed. Our warehouse team is working extra hard, but with the rush, please allow up to 14-21 business days for dispatch from our warehouse. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive tracking details via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs & times will vary to usual during the sale.
Australian delivery - $10 standard shipping (orders over $200 free shipping) sent via Auspost
New Zealand – NZD $15 sent via Aus Post & NZ Post
US delivery – USD $35 sent via UPS
Europe & international - AUD$25 sent via DHL Express
After the Sale
Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Yes - unless it’s marked Final Sale. Sale items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. A gift card will be issued for the amount paid.
How do I start a return?
Head to our Returns Portal and follow the steps. Easy!
What if I need a different size?
We do not offer exchanges however you can return for a gift card for the amount paid.
Can I get a refund to my original payment method?
We only offer credit in the form of a gift card on sale items unless they’re faulty.
Where’s my order?
You’ll get a tracking email once it ships. If it’s been more than 14 days get in touch hola@sabbi.com.au
Order dispatch
We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to operations BTS in our warehouse, it doesn’t always work out this way!
There's a chance that if you place multiple orders during the Black Friday Sale, your second order may be dispatched and delivered before your first.
Rest assured, we're working to get your order(s) to you as quickly as we can - just keep an eye on your inbox for your shipment emails!
Will there be more sales after this?
This is our biggest one of the year - don’t wait for the next one.

Do you offer gift cards during the sale?
Yes - gift cards are available at full price, discounts will not be applied to gift cards.
