Mystery Packs – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Details
• Tee Mystery Pack: 5 x Sabbi T-shirts for $100 AUD
• Jumper Mystery Pack: 3 x Sabbi Hoodies/Jumpers for $100 AUD
• All items are selected at random by the Sabbi team.
2. No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
• All Mystery Pack purchases are final sale.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason, including change of mind, sizing issues or duplicate items.
3. Sizes
• Customers must select their preferred size when purchasing.
• Packs will contain items in the selected size only, subject to availability.
• We cannot guarantee specific fits or styles within the pack.
4. Random Selection
• Items are pre-selected at random and cannot be customised.
• Requests for specific colours, styles, graphics, or past collections cannot be accommodated.
5. Duplicates
• While we try to avoid duplicates where possible, duplicate items or colours may occur.
6. No International Orders
• Mystery Packs are available for Australian orders only.
• International orders containing Mystery Packs will be cancelled and refunded.
7. Shipping
• Free shipping does not apply to Mystery Pack orders.
• Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
• Due to increased order volumes delivery will be 20-30 days
8. Discounts & Promotions
• Mystery Packs are excluded from all discount codes, promotions, and offers.
9. Limited Stock
• Mystery Packs are limited and available while stocks last.
• Sabbi reserves the right to end the promotion at any time.
10. Final Sale
• Mystery Packs are heavily discounted clearance items and may include past-season stock, samples, items with minor faults or discontinued styles.
11. Order Changes
• Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
12. Acceptance of Terms
• By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Sabbi reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Entry
• This is a ticketed event and valid registration is required for entry.
• Entry is subject to venue capacity limits and event conditions.
Purchases
• All sales are final — no returns, refunds or exchanges on items purchased at the event.
• No holds, laybys or pre-orders available.
• Stock is limited and available strictly while supplies last.
• Sabbi reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.
Promotions & Gifts
• The first 100 customers through the door will receive a complimentary gift and Jaffa Cold Brew coffee.
• Complimentary items are available while stocks last and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Sabbi reserves the right to substitute promotional items where required.
General
• Entry may be refused to any person behaving in a disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate manner.
• Sabbi is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings during the event.
• By attending the event, guests consent to photography and videography that may be used across Sabbi marketing channels and social media.
• Sabbi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

Sabbi Warehouse Sale – Terms & Conditions
Date & Time
Sunday 17 May 2026, 8:00am – 1:00pm AEST.
Location - THIS IS AN IN-PERSON EVENT!!!!
Queuing area – 12 Stewart Road Currumbin Waters, QLD, 4223
Entry & Queueing
Gates to the designated queueing area will open from 7:30am AEST. There is no need to arrive prior to this time.
If you choose to arrive earlier, you do so at your own risk. Sabbi is not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury sustained while waiting outside of designated and staffed areas.

All items are priced by category as follows:
Tees - $30
Jumpers - $40
Puffer and Zipper Jackets - $80
Bottoms - $30
Linen - $20
Knit - $20
Raglan/Beaded Tees - $40
All prices are in AUD.
Stock Availability
Only stock displayed at the warehouse sale will be available for purchase. No holds or pre-orders. Once an item is sold, it is no longer available.
Product Condition
Items available at the warehouse sale may include past-season stock, samples, discontinued styles, and/or items with minor faults. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item at the time of sale.
All Sales Final
All purchases made at the warehouse sale are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or duplicate purchases.
Consumer Guarantees (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major fault that was not disclosed at the time of purchase, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
Payment
Cash payments only.
Bag Policy & Checks
No suitcases or oversized carriers are permitted inside the warehouse sale. For security and loss prevention, all bags may be subject to inspection upon entry and/or exit. By attending, you agree to comply with any reasonable requests from staff.
Respectful Behaviour
We want this to be a fun and positive experience for everyone. Please be respectful to staff and other customers at all times. Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Sabbi reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who does not comply.
General

1. Promotion Period
This promotion starts at 2:45pm AEST on 17 February 2026 and is valid while stocks last, unless withdrawn earlier in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
